Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To provide clarity and fairness to all clients, please review our refund and cancellation policy for sessions, programs, and digital products.

In-Person & Online Sessions

  • Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at our discretion.

Digital Products & Online Programs

  • Delivery: Digital products and online programs are delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately or as outlined on the product page.

  • Refunds: All sales of digital products are final unless the product is defective or inaccessible due to technical issues. In such cases, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Account Access: For programs requiring login or online platform access, refunds may be provided if the service cannot be delivered as promised.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

  • Contact us at grace@shift-with-grace.com with your booking details or purchase information.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
