Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will shift-with-grace.com be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, etc) however caused. These limitations of liability apply even if www.shift-with-grace.com has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be governed by laws of Draper, UT, United States of America.

Digital Products & Online Programs

  • Delivery: Digital products and online programs are delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately or as outlined on the product page.

  • Refunds: All sales of digital products are final unless the product is defective or inaccessible due to technical issues. In such cases, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Account Access: For programs requiring login or online platform access, refunds may be provided if the service cannot be delivered as promised.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

  • Contact us at grace@shift-with-grace.com with your booking details or purchase information.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to shift-with-grace.com at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the shift-with-grace.com. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of shift-with-grace.com after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using shift-with-grace.com you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access shift-with-grace.com.
