3. Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?
No! You don’t need to “believe” in it. Healing can happen on many levels — consciously or subconsciously. All that’s needed is your willingness to explore your experience and take gentle steps toward change.
4. What should I expect during a session?
Each session is unique and tailored to your needs. We might use shamanic journeys, energy clearing, Emotion Code, or gentle hypnosis. You can expect a safe, grounded space where you are fully supported, and the pace is always guided by your comfort.
5. Are virtual sessions effective?
Yes! Many clients notice powerful shifts through virtual sessions. Energy work can be experienced fully at a distance, as your energy system responds regardless of physical proximity. As long as you have a quiet space and are comfortable, virtual sessions can be just as transformative as in-person sessions.
6. How many sessions will I need?

7. Can this replace therapy or medical treatment?

9. I’m skeptical — will this really work for me?
It’s normal to feel unsure! Healing works differently for everyone. Even if you’re skeptical, many clients notice shifts in their energy, perspective, or emotions after a session. The best way to know is to try it with an open, curious mind.
10. I don’t know what I’ll feel during a session — is that okay?
Absolutely. Everyone experiences energy work differently. Some feel physical sensations, others notice emotions, insights, or subtle shifts in thought patterns. There’s no “right” way to experience a session, and you’re fully supported throughout.
11. Do I need to prepare anything before a session?
Not at all. Come as you are. You may find it helpful to have a quiet space, wear comfortable clothing, and keep an open mind, but there’s no special preparation required.
12. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded. All digital products and online programs are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue preventing access.
